I loved the perfect riverside location, the helpful staff, and the lovely interior decor.

We had a really nice stay in Prague near to Prague for 2 days, shops and Charles bridge on one side and the Prague castle on other side. An electric kettle, a fridge, and kitchenware where good to have.

The interior was nice, it had everything for a really really nice stay for a short visit. Location was magnificent, relatively near a cultural monument.

Best location - The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to popular tourist attractions and within walking distance to both the bustling city center and the charming local neighborhoods. It made exploring the city very convenient.

It would have been nice to have the promised view of the iconic bridge.

its rooms were luxury, the staff was amicable, we had a really really nice stay for a short visit. the bed was very comfy here. there was a bath in the private bathroom.

We found a great apartment for short visits, the staff were really nice, and the location was stunning, within easy walking distance of Franz Kafka Museum.

I had the most amazing views from my apartment at Residence Charles Bridge. I couldn't get enough of staring out at the river and the beautiful bridge. It was truly breathtaking. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Prague. The host was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Residence Charles Bridge for a memorable stay in Prague.

Great value for money, spacious and tastefully redecorated apartment with stunning views of the Charles Bridge. Perfectly located near restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. Responsive and friendly staff, excellent communication with the host Lucy.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety and clearer instructions in English for the TV and other amenities.

It was all superb.

The apartment was one of the best I've stayed in, with spacious rooms and extra large comfortable beds. The cleanliness was really good and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The highlight was the fabulous deck area with a magnificent view of the Charles Bridge. The hotel had real character and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Specific Situation: we used the luggage storage room at the hotel. Unfortunately, when we returned, we discovered that two suitcases had been stolen, including one with a foreign passport.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had a charming, romantic atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the old town and with fine views of Charles Bridge and the Palace complex. The staff, especially Lucy, were accommodating and responsive throughout our stay.

Breakfast selection could be improved with more coffee options.
